Smoky, savory, spicy, amazing! "Taco" pays homage to the best taco trucks in the world here in Los Angeles. Keeping it true to a classic red sauce at a street taco stand with a big tangy sweet bite from the Guajillo pepper. We also turned it up with a raw cider vinegar, big black pepper notes that hit the back of your tongue and through. Once you have had "Taco" on eggs you will have to have it on them every time you eat them, and of course anything in a taco.

The spicy, smokey, tangy "Original Gangster" is where it all started. Amazing smoke and texture from the Chile de Arbol really lend the O.G. to anything in a red sauce. Try it on Pizza and you will never have it without it again. After gathering 5 gallons of different types of peppers from the '09 end of season harvest, the "OG" was created. Great on, .. well... anything!
*If you find yourself reaching for a certain hot sauce in a plastic bottle with a Rooster on the front label, pick up The O.G. and put it on what you were about to have. Ah,.... way better taste, and you can pronounce all of the ingredients.

Our spiciest and not for the faint of heart hot sauce (that's available all year) will make want to want to keep coming back for another bite even though it burns so good! This is J's favorite kid, and it shows. The applewood smoked salt we use (smoked salts back to the site very soon) really gives the beauty of the habanero just a little something else to love. Amazing on fish, any seafood really!, eggs, chicken, we love it on mash potatoes, mac n cheese, I mean stop me because it makes everything better. THE BEST HABANERO HOT SAUCE PERIOD!
